And that is the question. In a simpler concept, the bet is the winning or losing factor for a player. It is the bet that runs the game. The ante is a player’s contribution which is already set to predetermine the amount of the pot from each hand. However, it is not considered as a bet per se but just a way to get the pot started. On the other hand, blind bets are required bets that a player must give before a deal. This is called a blind bet since you are going to bet without seeing the card first. Although there is an obvious difference between the two kinds of bet being the blind counts as the player’s bet but both mean the player to bet before dealing the card.
